“Energy work is priceless. It makes every day extraordinary and transforms the mundane to the holy.”― Silvia Hartmann
Hello my lovelies,
As Hartmann points out above, energy work is important. From my perspective, energy work is all about recognising the vibes, if you will, of yourself and working on healing yourself, making yourself more mindful to you, bringing out connection to your life, one of these ways is through crystal healing.
Crystal healing is based on the premise that we have 7 chakras, the root, the sacral, the solar plexus, the heart, the throat, the third eye and the crown. Each corresponding to a certain element of us, we have different states of being with them individually: balanced, overactive or stagnant, when all are balanced is when we are most aligned to ourselves.
I thought today I’d share my experiences.
My dear sister introduced me to crystal healing when she was in training. I won’t lie, I was sceptical. I hadn’t heard of it and was rooted very much in Buddhism, but I tried it and kept an open mind (this was, and is, key) and it has forever changed my life. I felt so at peace, it felt like I was floating. Like my body was elevated, afterwards I felt like a new person refreshed and mindful for around 5 days.
Since then I have had multiple sessions, each bringing a new experience, I have had different elements come to life, seeing the brightest lights in darkness, my body moving, peace, visions and inspirations for things, my mind doesn’t wander. My sister is excellent at what she does. She is so in tune to the body, her energy skills are fabulous,
I was so inspired I decided to become a bit of a healer myself and I like to think I do a decent job. Since then I have undertaken shadow work, improving my meditation, using crystals more actively and being overall more mindful. It has resulted in me becoming more intuitive and feeling the presence of energy and life all around me. I hope to keep this up. Every Sunday it is now a ritual that I complete crystal healing on myself, I have been a bit lax at points but it feels wonderful. I always keep hydrated if I’m off kilter but I get where I need to be most of the time.
Journal prompt: how does your energy feel, is there anything you can do to help feel more calm?
Kindly, leanne x
