Nurtured Words

Hello my dearest lovelies,

I once again am returning to say I will be taking a break – I’m unsure for how long.

As you know, I have been rather unwell. My divination and reflection this week has shown me to be doing too much, trying to prove myself worthy of existence, not just to others but also myself. This is not the path forward, it is unsustainable.

For now my focus is going to find wellness more, my focus is stabilising, not trying to force myself through the days. I need more ease.

We all must take care of ourselves, and I have been running away from myself rather than listen.

So, I will see you again at some point. I truly wish you all well.
